We\u2019re delighted to welcome you!<\/p>\n<h4>Arrival and times<\/h4>\n<p><strong>At what time can we check in?<br><\/strong>Check-in is from 3 p.m., but we can often welcome you earlier. We\u2019ll contact you the day before your arrival by SMS or WhatsApp to confirm the exact time your accommodation will be ready.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do we get the keys?<\/strong><br>We usually welcome you in person. We\u2019ll contact you the day before your arrival to arrange a meeting time. If you\u2019re unsure of your arrival time or arriving after 8 p.m., don\u2019t worry, we have a key box so you can check in easily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What time is check-out?<\/strong><br>Check-out is generally before 11 a.m. Please send us a quick SMS or WhatsApp message at +33\u202f769\u202f839\u202f081 the day before your departure so we can arrange to collect the keys and say goodbye.<\/p>\n<h4>Parking<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Where can we park?<\/strong><br>We\u2019ll guide you on arrival to the best nearby free parking options. Both properties are in the centre of S\u00e8te where parking is still free.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le Pouffre: Around the house, on Place de l\u2019Hospitalet (free parking 50\u202fm away), at the Paul Val\u00e9ry Museum car park and along Chemin du Cimeti\u00e8re Marin at the end of Grande Rue Haute.<\/li>\n<li>Le Piade: There\u2019s usually parking around the residence. If you arrive late, try Rue des H\u00e9liotropes (the road parallel to the residence) or the large free car park on Place de la R\u00e9publique (except Sunday mornings during the flea market).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Convenient option (but you shouldn&#8217;t need to): <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.felicittaparc.com\/stationnement\/parking-des-halles-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parking Les Halles 3-day package<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Rates and payment<\/h4>\n<p><strong>How much do the rentals cost per night?<\/strong><br>For the best rates, book directly on our website:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>October\u2013March:\u202f\u20ac93\u202f+ city tax<\/li>\n<li>April\u2013June\u202f&amp;\u202fSeptember:\u202f\u20ac98\u202f+ city tax<\/li>\n<li>July\u2013August:\u202f\u20ac123\u202f+ city \u202ftax<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How can we pay?<\/strong><br>A 50% deposit is requested at booking to secure your holiday, payable by French cheque, bank card or PayPal. The balance is due 14\u202fdays before arrival (you\u2019ll receive a reminder email). For bookings made less than 14\u202fdays before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking by bank card or PayPal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is online payment secure?<\/strong><br>Yes. Payments are processed securely through encrypted Stripe or PayPal systems on our website. No card data are stored.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are there any on-site charges?<\/strong><br>Your entire holiday, including the tourist tax, is prepaid before you arrivve. However, a \u20ac100 security deposit is required on arrival to cover potential damages. This is fully refundable upon departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.<\/p>\n<h4>Cancellation and rules<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Can we cancel free of charge?<\/strong><br>You can cancel free of charge up to 30\u202fdays before arrival. If you cancel within 30\u202fdays of arrival or do not show up, the total booking amount will be charged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are the properties non-smoking?<\/strong><br>Yes, entirely non-smoking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can we bring pets?<\/strong><br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our properties.<\/p>\n<h4>Amenities and comfort<\/h4>\n<p><strong>How many people can stay?<\/strong><br>Each property accommodates up to 4\u202fguests, plus one baby. Le Pouffre also has an extra folding bed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are linens and towels provided?<\/strong><br>Yes, all linens and towels are provided. Just bring your personal belongings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is Wi-Fi available?<\/strong><br>Yes, both properties have high-speed fibre Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there a washing machine?<\/strong><br>Yes, and we provide a few detergent pods to get you started.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is baby equipment available?<\/strong><br>Yes, we provide a travel cot with mattress and sheet, plus a high chair. You only need to bring your baby\u2019s sleeping bag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are the properties accessible for guests with reduced mobility?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le Pouffre: Not accessible as there is a spiral staircase to the bedrooms upstairs.<\/li>\n<li>Le Piade: On one level with walk-in shower and shower seat. There is a lift to the apartment, however, there are two steps at the residence entrance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Is there a terrace or balcony?<\/strong><br>No, neither property has a terrace or balcony.<\/p>\n<h4>Cleaning and incidents<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Do we need to clean before leaving?<\/strong><br>The property will be clean when you arrive. Cleaning products are provided, but there is no cleaning service. Please leave the property tidy, though a full cleaning is not required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if we break something?<\/strong><br>We understand that accidents happen. Please inform us as soon as possible if something gets damaged.<\/p>\n<h4>Location and services<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Can we walk to the town centre?<\/strong><br>Yes! Le Pouffre is a 5\u2011minute walk, and Le Piade about 10\u202fminutes from the town centre, Tourist Office, restaurants and Les Halles indoor market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can we walk to the beaches?<\/strong><br>Yes, you can walk, or cycle or take the bus. Enjoy the bike path or bus lines\u202f3 and\u202f9 from the centre to S\u00e8te\u2019s beaches. The nearest coves \u2014 Crique de\u202fla\u202fNau and\u202fLa\u202fVigie\u202f\u2014 are only a 10\u2011minute walk from the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de\u202fla\u202fMer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there a grocery store nearby?<\/strong><br>Yes. Carrefour\u202fExpress and Monoprix are on the Cadre\u202fRoyal. Each property has a welcome booklet listing nearby bakeries and convenience stores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is S\u00e8te well served by public transport?<\/strong><br>Yes.
